The resident of Odessa, who seized the drugs, sent from the occupied Crimea, reported the suspicion. This is stated in the message of Prosecutor’s office of Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The Prosecutor’s office performs procedural management in criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal supply of narcotic drugs from the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimea Peninsula with a sales objective, and also illegal acquisition and storage of drugs.
In the pre-trial investigation on September 12 raided at the resident of Odessa at the place of his permanent residence and in the car. During their holding confiscated a substance of vegetable origin, which, according to expert opinion is especially dangerous drug – cannabis.
Today, September 28, the investigator of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol by agreement with the procedural head of the Prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea soobshil the inhabitant of Odessa on suspicion in committing a crime under part 1 of article 309 criminal code of Ukraine – illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs without sales objective. The suspect is threatened by restriction of liberty for a term up to three years or imprisonment for the same term.
The investigation establishes the connection of this man with a group of people producing and forwarding to the Peninsula on mainland of Ukraine of narcotic drugs across the administrative border.
Earlier today it was reportedthat militiamen during the authorized search of the 25-year-old resident of the city of Berdyansk seized more than 20 kg of drugs.
