The source in law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation claims that in Moscow were frozen to death the famous Russian mathematician Eduard Dubov.
Russian mathematician and honorary member of the International chess Federation (FIDE) Eduard Dubov were frozen to death in the Moscow district Teply Stan, reports “Диалог.UA”.
Even on the morning of 22 December in hospital in Moscow from a house on Union street brought the unknown elderly man General hypothermia and frostbite limbs.
“Despite the efforts of doctors, 23 Dec citizen died in the intensive care unit. The police have established the identity of the deceased is the 80-year-old Eduard Lvovich Dubov, who lived on the street of Academician Vargi,” said the police.
Later it turned out that the man was in an alcohol intoxication. Currently the investigation finds out circumstances of the incident.
It is known that Dubov was a member of the Moscow mathematical society, teacher, international chess arbiter and ex-President of Moscow Chess Federation.
