KIEV. April 19. UNN. The security service of Ukraine prevented the holding of the April 13, fake protests in Odessa, during which they planned the attack of right-wing forces on the representatives of national minorities. This was at the briefing said the chief of staff of the SBU Alexander Tkachuk, the correspondent of UNN.

“Our service, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies prevented another provocation by the Russian side, which was to be held in the Odessa region. In particular, 13 APR funds in the financing of the Kremlin and the organization also with the Russian Federation on the territory of Odessa was scheduled to hold a protest a fake protest like Bulgarian ethnic national minorities living in the Odessa region. This protest was organized and financed from the territory of the Russian Federation”, — said A. Tkachuk.

According to him, the protest was built on a non-existent problem if the oppression of the Bulgarian national minority in Ukraine.

“The organizers of this event were the same people who tried to provoke riots on February 31 in the Lviv region, blocking the route Lviv — Rava Ruska in the context if the oppression of ethnic poles in Ukraine”, — said A. Tkachuk.

He added that the investigation established correspondence organizers and sponsors of the promotion.

“The organizer of the action in the Odessa region was Nicholas Dul — head of the so-called Ukrainian right-wing organization “Emery”,” — said A. Tkachuk.

According to him, N. Dulski is still hiding in Russia.

“According to the plan, each participant (protest — ed.) was to receive $ 10 as payment for participation in this promotion and participants were required to pass such procession from the monument to the Bulgarian poet to the Consulate of the Republic of Bulgaria in Odessa. Tkachuk.

The organizers and the coordinator were arrested, which was seized as the fake posters of protest and fake right-wing radicals.

“All this action was allocated by the Russian side UAH 75 thousand and also $ 510. Part of the cash was seized from the organizer directly at the time of detention,” — said A. Tkachuk, adding that the promoter arrived from Kharkov.

“No ethnic Bulgarians (to create fake shares — ed.) is not installed, at least not yet,” said he.

Regarding this event was opened criminal proceedings.

“As a result of the work of the security service had registered criminal proceedings on signs of article 110 is a violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, part 2, that is, appeals to change the territorial boundaries of Ukraine, connected with inciting ethnic and racial hatred”, – said A. Tkachuk.
