SBU opened the proceedings on the financing of the city hall of Odessa Church MP

The SBU opened criminal proceedings concerning the financing of the Odessa city Council of the churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. It is reported the people’s Deputy Vitaliy kupriy in Facebook.

“I have just received from the head of the SBU Vasily Gritsak a letter in which he announced the opening of criminal proceedings on my application according to article 110-2 of the criminal code the Financing of actions committed to forcibly change or overthrow the constitutional order or seizure of state power, changes of borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine”, – said kupriy.

According to him, the Deputy of the Odessa city Council Anna Pozdnyakova last year had revealed the hidden financing of the Moscow Church in the amount of UAH 2.2 million per year, which supposedly goes to the maintenance of the monument of architecture is the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral of the UOC-MP.
