Saakashvili came to SBU, but from the interrogation refused

KIEV. 26 Dec. UNN. The former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikheil Saakashvili came to the building of the SBU, but to communicate with the investigator refused, as he believes that to call one agenda for one day for two different investigative actions is prohibited by the Ukrainian code of Criminal procedure. He declared it in interview to journalists in Kyiv, reports the correspondent of UNN.

“Today, they called me in violation of article 245 of the criminal procedure code. According to this article, cause me to conduct simultaneously two different investigative actions is prohibited. No I did not make a step for breaking the law… They want to get samples of my voice. But what if Lutsenko in the Verkhovna Rada some cartoons twisted about me? I sing it, and they will long remember. I am willing to donate samples of my voice”, said M. Saakashvili.

Recall, December 18, Saakashvili came to the Prosecutor General, talked to reporters, one did not go on interrogation to the investigator of the GPU, saying that his case should be investigated by the security Service of Ukraine.

As reported UNN, M. Saakashvili was summoned for questioning to the office of Kiev and Kiev region the security Service of Ukraine.

Note, Saakashvili was detained December 8, at the apartment of the former chief of the Luhansk police and taken to the detention center.

Earlier the public Prosecutor Lutsenko said that the Saakashvili for the money Kurchenko staged protests for the sake of seizure of power.

In GPU declared that M. Saakashvili is suspected of committing a crime under part 1 of article 15, part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 256 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
