“The Russian and the Turkish Ministry of Finance have concluded negotiations, it remains only to approve the final documents. I can say that 45% of the total contract amount they pay as down payment, 55% of Russian credit funds”, – he said.

The first deliveries of anti-aircraft complex, according to the head of rostec, Moscow plans to start in March 2020.
