Roshen has lost the trademark in Russia

According to Rospatent, the contested mark had been registered in the company Roshen from 19 November 2010 to 12 August 2019

A Russian court for intellectual property rights prematurely terminated the legal protection of a trademark Kremona subsidiaries Confectionery company Roshen due to non-use.

This was reported in court, the Agency reports Interfax-Ukraine.

The lawsuit was filed by suburban of the individual entrepreneur (IP) Oleg Sochacki.

The court decided to terminate the legal trademark protection “Kremona” in respect of all goods 30-th class of ICGS (drinks based on coffee, cocoa or chocolate; cereal products, ready to eat).

According to Rospatent, the contested mark had been registered in the company Roshen from 19 November 2010 to 12 August 2019.
