Noted that further carried out additional tests of blood and urine revealed the presence of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the urine Zaitseva – codeine, phenobarbital. However, in order to make a study on the availability of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the blood, biological substances is not enough.
“Party affected wants to question Fedirko in court to find out how is carried out the selection analyses, why not take biological substances in the quantity necessary to conduct the study, and whether there is sufficient existing data to establish the state of the accused at the time of the accident. But the doctor has disappeared and nobody knows where it is. In the hospital where she worked, saying that the woman suddenly quit. Now police are looking for her,” – said the acting head of the Ministry of health.
Suprun noted that, in addition, it is impossible to conclude whether there was lead in the period of the accident under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, as questioned in court, the doctor “did not provide a definite answer on this issue”.
