Regulation Committee began consideration of the submission on the removal of immunity A. Lozovoy

KIEV. July 5. UNN. The Committee on Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has started consideration of representation of Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko on granting permission to prosecute the people’s Deputy Andrey Lozovoy, the correspondent of UNN.

According to the Chairman of the Committee, Pavel Pynzenyk, on the agenda today, only one question, namely, representation of the attorney General for permission to prosecute the people’s Deputy A. Lozovoy.

He also added that at the meeting, 8 of people’s deputies-members of the regulatory Committee.

As reported UNN, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on questions of regulations and Deputy ethics 3 through July 7 will consider lifting the parliamentary immunity of a number of people’s deputies Yevgeny Deydey, Oles Dovgy, Andrey Lozovoy, Maksym Polyakov, Borislav Rosenblatt.

We will remind, the Committee on Rules of the Verkhovna Rada decided that the General Prosecutor’s office on the lifting of parliamentary immunity of people’s deputies Yevgeny Deydey and Oles Dovgy insufficiently motivated and unjustified.
