Rayo Vallecano have appointed a new head coach, who became Paco Hemes, the press service of the team.
The contract was signed until 2020.
James returned to Rayo, three years after dismissal.
He worked with the “bees” from 2012 to 2016. The team took eighth place in the championship of Spain.
“Rayo” is the 19th place in the standings. The team scored 23 points in 28 rounds.
