KIEV. July 18. UNN. The Kiev district court of Odessa recognized the driver guilty for the fact that he car had run into another vehicle and fled the scene of the accident. This was reported by the press service of the court, reports UNN.
“Yesterday, on July 17th, the Kiev district court of Odessa was found guilty of the driver in committing an administrative offense under article 122-4, art 124 Art”, – stated in the message.
According to the decree, April 21, 2018 male, carrying a reversing BMW on the street Kostandi, made arrival on the Fiat. In result, vehicles received mechanical damages.
“According to the victim, after the accident of BMW car left four people began to beat him, tore the bag and broke the phone. After this, the driver of said vehicle, being in an alcohol intoxication, has left a road accident place”, – said in court.
The court found the driver guilty of committing an administrative offense and deprived him of his right of management by vehicles for a period of 6 months. A man was fined for disappearance from the scene of the accident.
A court order has not yet entered into force.
