However, the Senator noted that in the current situation, the question arises: why Scriply not let the press and lawyers?
“Let us show them alive, talking that they do not want to communicate with representatives of Russia for a specific reason,” — said dzhabarov.
The Senator also noted that the lack of evidence “creates the impression that the former Colonel GRU and his daughters just can’t open my mouth for fear that they can tell the truth.”
“Yes, the Ambassador would like to believe, but Skrobala required to present a living picture, an interview, but not a mere statement. And tomorrow the British may say that Napoleon is all right,” he concluded.

A member of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Anton Morozov has called the situation unprecedented.
“This is an unprecedented case in international practice, when consular officers are unable to access citizens of Russia. We do not impose, but should at least make sure they’re all right, they are not held by force, and have normal living conditions,” — said the MP in an interview with RT.
The MP stressed that these requirements are absolutely justified from the point of view of international law, but the British side ignoring the legitimate requests of the Russian authorities.
“This situation is puzzling, because Britain is a party to the Vienna Convention and must comply with all its obligations”, — said Morozov.
The MP stressed that Russia would continue to insist on their position: Moscow must report at least the location Skipala and tell what happens to them.
The statements of the diplomats
Earlier, the British Ambassador in Russia Laurie Bristow said that Yulia and Sergei Skripal alive.
“I can confirm that they are alive. I can confirm that the request of the Russian Embassy with a request to meet them was given to them,” said Bristow in an interview with Interfax.
The diplomat noted that Skrypali allegedly did not want to meet with representatives of the Russian Embassy.
“I think it is not so difficult to understand why they may not want to meet with representatives of the Russian state. It’s their choice,” said Bristow.
He added that if Skrypali decide to make contact with Russian diplomats, the London gives them that opportunity.
The Ambassador concluded that the UK is not interested in a joint search for those responsible for poisoning Skrobala, as in London “believe that they know who these people are”.
Earlier, on 20 February, at the Russian Embassy in the UK said that are unable to say with certainty that Julia and Sergei Skripal alive.
“Representatives of the us Embassy in defiance of international law and bilateral Consular Convention of 1965 has not been granted access to Russian citizens. Therefore, we cannot ascertain the fact of being alive, Yulia and Sergei Skripal,” — said the Embassy.
The Embassy suggested that the reason for concern also are reports in the British media about the deteriorating health Sergei Skripal. In addition, diplomats have said that Yulia Skripal not appeared in public since may of 2018.
“All this suggests that our citizens are at least staying in conditions of isolation”, — stated in the message of the Embassy.
“You need to prove accusations with facts”
4 March 2018 ex-GRU Colonel Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia was discovered unconscious in the British city of Salisbury. Presumably, Skrypali suffered from the effects of nerve gas a “Newbie” (A-234). UK blamed the incident on Russia, however, the evidence was not presented.
London provoked a diplomatic scandal in a number of foreign States sent members of the Russian diplomatic missions.
Later, the Scotland Yard has published photos of the two Russians, Alexander Petrov, and Ruslan Bashirov, which London suspects in the assassination Skrobala. However, no evidence of their involvement in the poisoning was not presented. Themselves Petrov and Bocharov in an interview with the chief editor of RT Margarita Simonyan said that was in the Salisbury travel, and Scriply are irrelevant.

Subsequently, Moscow has repeatedly stated that he does not trust the conclusions of the London, since the British side did not allow the investigation to representatives of Russian law enforcement agencies and keeps Skrobala in isolation.
In particular, this circumstance was commented on in the Russian foreign Ministry in October 2018.
“If all we showed is a dead cat, hamster, poor women without a certain residence, a bottle of perfume is all reminiscent of a grotesque. I don’t want to downplay the seriousness of the cases with the use of chemicals, but if someone wants to speculate on it and make a spectacle for the amusement of the audience with the aim to unite the European community against Russia, it’s a shame. If someone is seriously concerned about this problem, then there is no need to lie to prove your accusations with facts,” — said the head of the Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in October 2018 in an interview with Euronews.
