Putin sacked eight generals from the interior Ministry, the emergencies Ministry and the Federal penitentiary service
Uncategorized July 6, 2017Russian President Vladimir Putin sacked eight generals of the structures of the interior Ministry, the emergencies Ministry and the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN).
The corresponding decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information. The reasons for personnel changes not reported.
Posts, in particular, have lost
- first Deputy head of the Main Department of transport Ministry of internal Affairs the General-the major of police Andrey Andreev,
- head of audit Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs the General-the major of internal service Evgeny Barakaev,
- the head of the Main Directorate of MOE in Sverdlovsk area the General-major Andrey Zelensky,
- the head of the Main Department of the MIA in the Kemerovo region the General-the Lieutenant of police Yury Larionov,
- the Minister of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tuva the General-the major of police Alexander Lobanov,
- head of the Main Directorate of the Federal penitentiary service in the Rostov region the General-the Lieutenant of internal service Sergei Smirnov,
- Deputy head of Main Department of internal Affairs across the Kemerovo region – the chief of the main investigatory management the General-major Vladimir Shepel,
- the first Deputy head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of interior Lieutenant-General Yuri Shinin.
Putin also dismissed the Prosecutor of the Republic of Buryatia Valery Petrov and the first Deputy Director of the Federal bailiff service Sergei Sazanov.
At the same time his decree, Putin appointed to the post of state Secretary – Deputy Minister of emergency situations Oleg Bazhenov. Deputy Director of the Department of civil defence EMERCOM became Vladislav Galeev, the first Deputy head of National control centre in crisis situations of the Ministry of emergency situations Igor Kurowski, head of EMERCOM in the Bryansk region Vadim Averkin.
The Deputy head of the Federal bailiffs ‘ service – Deputy chief bailiff appointed Olga Pomigalov, Deputy head of the Federal penitentiary service was Alexander Khabarov.
The head of the interior Ministry in the Vologda oblast was Viktor Pesterev, first Deputy head of investigatory management SK of Russia across Khabarovsk territory Ilya Nightingale.
Putin has also appointed a number of prosecutors. Thus, the Prosecutor of Tuva was Alexander Borovkov, Novgorod region Andrey Guriev, Kostroma region, – Vladimir Sprat. Moscow interregional transport Prosecutor’s office was headed by Sergey Zabaturin.
As transfers RIA Novosti, the previous large-scale reshuffles in the security agencies passed in the spring. Then Putin dismissed a number of generals Sledkoma, the emergencies Ministry, the interior Ministry and the Federal penitentiary service.
