Today, July 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin held
online meeting with members of the security Council of the Russian Federation, where the participants came to
General view on the Donbass. It was announced by Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry
Sands explained that the Council is disappointed with the settlement of the conflict in
The Donbas.

Peskov said that during the conversation there was an exchange
views and parties had expressed disappointment regarding the Donbass.

He also assured the Council believes that neither Minsk nor
the Paris agreement, the Ukrainian side does not.

It is noted that the security Council also touched upon the theme of the Balkans and Libya,
regarding the latter, it was decided to support the peace settlement process.

We will remind, earlier the speaker of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov called
the condition of the Ukraine, after which Russia’s President Vladimir Putin
will be able to meet with the head of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Prior to that, the permanent representative of Ukraine in
OSCE Eugene Tsymbalyuk announced that the Plenipotentiary of Russia in the TAG for
Donbass Boris Gryzlov announced the creation of “two States” in Ukraine.

Earlier, the representative of Donetsk region in the Tripartite
contact group the journalist Denis Kazansky said that Ukraine is in
the modern world has no chance the power to expel Russia from the Donbass.
