Putin awarded the new rank assistant Surkov, who called for the creation of “Bessarabia” in the Odessa region

KIEV. 8 Jan. UNN. Vladimir Putin awarded the new rank of the assistant to the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov Inal Ardzinba, who is suspected of committing crimes against national security of Ukraine.
It is reported by UNN citing the official Internet-portal of the State system of legal information of the Russian Federation.

So, according to the decree No. 578 of December 2, 2017, and Inal Ardzinba, head of the Department of presidential Administration of the Russian Federation on socio-economic cooperation with States-participants of CIS, the “Republic of Abkhazia” and “Republic of South Ossetia” was awarded the rank of the state civil service of the Russian Federation, namely, the actual state Councilor of Russian Federation, 3rd class.

We will remind, earlier the Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region reported about suspicion to the assistant of the assistant of the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov Inal Ardzinba in crimes against national security of Ukraine, namely in preparation for the change of the state border of Ukraine, violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine (part 2 article 14 of part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine).

The investigation established that in the period from January to April, 2015 on the territory of the Russian Federation, the suspect in collusion with other persons engaged in recruitment of supporters and set the stage for the illegal proclamation of the sovereign state of education “Bessarabia” in the territory of Odessa region.

In the so-called “Republic” were to enter the territory of Artsyz, Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky, Bolgradsky, Saratsky, tarutinsky, Tatarbunary, Reni, Kiliya, Izmail regions that would lead to the illegal alteration of state borders of Ukraine.

In addition, the specified citizen is suspected of committing a serious crime, namely involvement in a terrorist organization “DNR” and contributing to its activities (part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
