Police opened an investigation into the failure of Raikin’s concert in Odessa

In fact the failure of performance of the Russian actor Konstantin Raikin in Odessa opened criminal proceedings under article “Hooliganism”. About this on air of 112 Ukraine said the head of the Department of communication of GU-Ukraine in Odessa region Love Gordievsky.

“This fact was brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations and qualified under part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the criminal code. Now pre-judicial investigation,” she said.
