The police released all those detained after a scuffle with the shooting that took place in Kharkov in the evening on Friday, February 17, which was seriously injured one person. Law enforcement authorities are unable to collect the evidence necessary for declarations of suspicion.

“The police have no evidence to announcement of suspicion” – said the source publication.
According to him, the detainees were released before the expiration of 72 hours from the moment of detention.
In the communications division of the national police in the Kharkiv region to comment on this information refused. To obtain information on whether there are suspects in the case and elected the preventive measures also failed.
