KIEV. May 26. UNN. In Zhitomir, police arrested 43-year-old fugitive from the Kharkov colony, sentenced to 9 years for robbery and grievous bodily harm. About it reports GU NP in the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“Yesterday around 20:50 the operative group from among employees Dergachevskoe penal colony detained the searched at the bus station in the city of Zhitomir. Currently, the man returned to the institution of execution of punishments, he conducted investigative actions”, – stated in the message.
Dergachi investigation Department police opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 393 (escape from places of imprisonment or from-under guards) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 5 years. Man convicted in 2014 to 9 years of imprisonment threatens to the increase of the sentence.
