“By results of consideration 8 the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of “night” house arrest, that is, from 21.00 to 07.00,” – said in the message.
Recall that the incident took place on 17 April 2018. Around 18.00 on the territory of Parking “OO Protection of Odessa”, located on ul lyustdorfskaya road in Odessa. At the scene police found a group of people in balaclavas and flak jackets, which ran around the top of the Parking lot and shot from a traumatic weapons. During these events, injuring three men. All of them were hospitalized. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
