Press Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said
the absence in the original version of the website for electronic voting on amendments to the Constitution of a single paragraph, noting that it could be a technical fault.

“There are different technical difficulties. Could just fall out when pouring site. Here I don’t know, can’t tell you. But, as far as I know, there is all restored, in this case there all fixed”, — said the representative of the Kremlin.
Thus he commented on the situation with the appropriate website, where, as written media were separately entered information with clarification about the restriction “on the number of terms in office of the President.”
So, on the website, as reported, added the sentence: “it also Specifies a limit on the number of terms as President of the Russian Federation — it applies to the current President without regard to the number of times that he is at the time of adoption of the amendments”.
In the seventh paragraph, except for this clarification, it is stated that amendments to ban the President, Prime Minister, Ministers, senators, deputies and other top officials to hold citizenship of a foreign state or a residence permit, to open and operate accounts, store cash and values in foreign banks.
