According to the Vice-President of the United States, “it is time for a free and democratic Venezuela”

Vice-President Michael Pence during his visit to Colombia and met with Juan Guido, which U.S. authorities called the interim President of Venezuela.
The Vice-President of the USA announced on the official page in Twitter.
Pens once again assured, Guido that the United States completely on his side in the Venezuelan crisis.
“For the President of Venezuela Juan, Guido is a great honor to share this moment. I brought you and the President of Colombia John Duque márquez, a very simple message from the President trump and the United States of America: We’re with you 100%,” said Pence.

The Vice-President added that “it is time for a free and democratic Venezuela”.

- During the first clashes on the border of Venezuela and Colombia, one person was killed and several were injured.
- Days earlier, Venezuela’s military was alerted.
- The clashes began because of the fact that the military did not miss humanitarian aid in the country.
