During re-examination from the participant of road accident in Kharkov, which claimed the lives of six people, Elena Zaitseva found no opiates, reports “UKRINFORM” with reference to press Secretary of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region Vita Dubovik.
“Today finished researching the evidence for the prosecution. We studied the results of forensic medical examinations for victims (survivors and dead), as well as the results of a survey of supernumerary case Elena Zaitseva. The repeated is judicial-Toxicological examination did not reveal she had opiates,” – said Dubovik.

According to her, the court has satisfied the petition of one of the victims of the interrogation in court of the doctor who took the tests Zaitseva and wrote a medical report.
“The next meeting – 30 may, 14:00. It will begin to examine the evidence of the defense,” – said Dubovik.
Recall, October 18, at nine o’clock in the evening on one of the Central streets of Kharkov there was a terrible accident – SUV Lexus RX 350, at the wheel which was 20-summer Elena Zaitseva, collided with the Volkswagen Touareg and rammed the crowd of people standing at the crosswalk.
As a result of incident five people were killed on the spot, another six were hospitalized. One of the victims later died in hospital.
