Stated that CHAO received a message from Overin Limited on the acquisition of a dominant controlling stake of ordinary shares in the amount of 39 billion 618 million 299,969 thousand pieces, which is 99,8308% of the share capital of CHAO.
It is noted that prior to the acquisition of shares Overin Limited did not possess, directly or indirectly, shares CHAO.
According to the disclosure system NKTSBFR, as of the third quarter of 2018, the owner of the specified shares is CBR Portland BV (the Netherlands). Ultimate beneficiary — HeidelbergCement AG (Heidelberg, Germany).
