KIEV. 21 Aug. UNN. Kyiv Prosecutor’s office sent to court indictment against the officer, “uz”, convicted of receiving a bribe in the sum of 350 thousand hryvnias, and his accomplice. About it reported a press-service of Prosecutor’s office No. 7, Kiev, reports UNN.
“The results of a pretrial investigation on 20 August 2018, the indictment said persons are directed to Lenin district court of Kharkiv for consideration on the merits”, — stated in the message.
Kiev local Prosecutor’s office No. 7 completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings upon obtaining illegal benefit by the official PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and its accomplice.
Recall, June 1, 2018 employees of the local Prosecutor’s office together with operative employees GU BCOP security service of Ukraine exposed “on hot” the Deputy head of the production unit of the station “Kharkiv-Passenger” of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsya”, which with the mediation of other persons received illegal benefit in the amount of 350 thousand UAH from the representative of the company for signing of acts of acceptance of work and transfer of funds for services which were provided by the society.
The detention of criminals has occurred in the office in the station “Kharkiv-Passenger” after the transfer of the entire amount of the illegal gains.
Actions of the officials of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” qualified under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official), his accomplice — according to part 5 article 27, part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine.
