UZHGOROD-KIEV. May 4. UNN. Officials GU Gosgeokadastra in the Transcarpathian region was reported about suspicion in Commission of corruption crimes. This was announced on his page on the social network Facebook, the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andrey Lysenko, reports UNN.
As noted by the representative, the officers are suspected of extortion and receiving a bribe for assistance in allocation of land in Volovets district for construction of the recreation center. Its services for assistance in obtaining land plots of se Gosgeokadastra in the Transcarpathian region was estimated at 270 thousand dollars. May 2 after receiving the second part of illegal benefit in the amount of 117 500 USD two accomplices were detained by law enforcement officers.
“On may 3, 2018 these persons it is reported about suspicion to the head – under part 4 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine – obtaining official unlawful benefit on preliminary arrangement by group of persons in especially large size, and the worker under part 5 article 27 , part 4 of article 368 UK of Ukraine – aiding in obtaining official unlawful benefit, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons in especially large size. 4.05.2018 Prosecutor in criminal proceedings, agreed to the petition of the investigator on the application to the suspect the measure of restraint in form of detention that are handed to the defense, and submitted to the Pechersk district court of Kyiv for consideration on the merits, and to dismiss suspects from their posts”, – stated in the message A. Lysenko.
