Of the Russian Federation announced Deputy Boronenkov fugitive on the international wanted list
Uncategorized March 3, 2017Russia’s investigative Committee declared an international search of the former Deputy from the Communist party illegitimate state Duma 6-th convocation of Denis Boronenkov, who moved to Ukraine and received citizenship here. This was reported by bi-Bi-si.
About this decision became known in the Basmanny court of Moscow where on March 3, considered the petition of a consequence about correspondence arrest Boronenkov.
According to the investigator, the Russian security forces do not have reliable information about where Boronenkov.
Earlier Voronenkov was declared a SK the Russian Federation on the Federal wanted list. The former Deputy of the Russian Federation is accused in a case of fraud and falsification of public documents. According to investigators, Boronenkov was the organizer of the fraudulent scheme in the sale of a building in Moscow.
14 February 2017 it was reported that the Deputy Boronenkov and his wife, also a state Duma Deputy, Maria Maksakova in October 2016, before the end of parliamentary powers, went to Ukraine. They received citizenship of Ukraine and do not intend to return to Russia.
Russia has occupied the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2014 year. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine officially declared on 20 February 2014 beginning of the temporary occupation of Crimea and Sevastopol by Russia. Key international organizations, including the UN General Assembly has condemned Russia’s actions and called the annexation and occupation of Crimea illegal. Against Russia were imposed economic sanctions. For the implementation by Moscow of the so-called elections with the participation of the Crimea in 2016-m to year the Parliament of Ukraine recognized the Russian state Duma is illegitimate.
