The shareholders also agreed on a restructuring of the debt of the enterprise before “Naftogaz of Ukraine” for the gas supplied, as of 1 April 2017, in equal installments for a period of two years without interest, according to the decree of Cabinet of Ministers No. 1018-R dated 28 December 2016.
After the deterioration of external markets, the company has become unprofitable. For the first nine months of 2016, its loss was $ 560,52 against 205,3 million UAH million UAH of net profit for the first nine months of last year, including a third quarter net loss was equal to 316,58 vs 53,35 million UAH million UAH of net profit in the third quarter of last year. HMO net income for the first 9 months of this year decreased by 2.1 times – up to 4,024 billion.
