KIEV. 11 Dec. UNN. Bailiffs and police returned to the Odessa medical University’s former leadership. About it reports Kyiv today.
On the morning of December 10, the officers of the court removed the seal, unlocking the premises of the rectorate and the rector’s office and performing the resolution of District administrative court of Kyiv, which declared illegal the decree of the Ministry of health on the appointment of the acting rector of the University Vladlena’s Dubinina.
The Ministry of health has called the situation raider seizure of the University. In his Facebook, the Department reported that unknown persons by force took over the building and not allowed workers to jobs.
For his part, the Advisor to the chief of the Department of the National police in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak sees the situation quite differently.
“To determine the legality of certain actions in the civil conflict should be exclusively the court and the relevant state administrative bodies, in our case the Ministry of health as the first instance that is able to give a legal assessment. And in fact, came (to the medical University — ed.) the bailiffs of the Ministry of justice with the writ of execution court”,— Forostyak reported.
We will remind, the conflict around the Odessa medical University erupted during the period of the entrance campaign of 2018. The auditors of the Ministry of health began a systematic check of work of the rector Valeriy Zaporozhan, as well as economic and financial activities of the University. The result was a decree on dismissal of the rector, it was appealed and overturned. The Ministry filed an appeal against this decision of the District administrative court of Kyiv.
