Odessa man suspected of fraud in $3 million

In Odessa, detained and arrested the man suspected in fraudulent misappropriation of funds of more than $3 million this reports the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.

According to law enforcement agencies, the suspect was allegedly looking for persons who could provide a loan to “develop a profitable business”, but in fact used the funds at their discretion.

Man, hiding from the bodies of preliminary investigation, was exposed by the joint efforts of prosecutors and national police. Against it the criminal proceedings under part 4 St. 190 criminal code (fraud committed in especially large sizes). The court arrested the suspect with a right of pledge in the amount of UAH 68 million.
