In Belgorod-Dniester Odessa region the man took hostage two women and opened fire on passers-by from the window of the apartment.

It is noted that the 72-year-old sailor, returning from a trip, got drunk and quarreled with his wife. Then the man took out a revolver and tried to shoot the wife and one of his daughters. He reportedly did not hit him, and then grabbed a shotgun, locked himself with the mother and second daughter and stated that “all kill”.
“Being in an inadequate condition from the window shooting at passers-by with a hunting rifle. In place immediately went investigative team, negotiators and special forces. Despite the requirements of the police, the man refused to release people and threatened to throw a “Molotov cocktail”, — said the chief of the national police Dmitry Golovin.

During the liberation of hostages and neutralization of the men were wounded a policeman.
“Thanks to the coordinated actions of our employees, the man was neutralized and detained,” — said Golovin.
