Near Kharkov, the four boys were bullied and then killed the man

In the village of Budy of Kharkov district detained a group of young people aged 17 to 24 years of age are abused and then beaten to death 43-year-old man. About it reports a press-service GU of the national police in the Kharkiv region.

On 28 August, about 6:04, the police received a message stating that at the beer bar in the village of Buda lies the unknown man with numerous bruises and abrasions on her face.

The dead were 43-year-old local resident. Employees of sector of criminal police had identified the suspects – four local residents aged 17 to 24 years.

The investigation found that the company of young people spent free time at the local bar. Their attention was attracted by a drunk man. They offered him another drink, which the man had to dance and to undress. Then the attackers beat to death a man.

Three young men have already handed a written notice of suspicion in committing a crime.

Investigators described the detainees under part 2 of article 121 (Intentional grievous bodily injury) and part 2 of article 296 (Hooliganism) of the criminal code.

The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 10 years.
