KIEV. May 10. UNN. The national Agency for the prevention of corruption sent to court 6 protocols on administrative offenses according to the results of planned inspections of observance of requirements of the law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption” in the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre, with reference to the press service of the Ministry reports UNN.
The protocols relate to the late submission of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, and reports of substantial changes in property status. So, it was composed of three of the Protocol on administrative offense provided for by part one of article 172-6 of the code of administrative offences, officials of Gosgeokadastr, two because of late submission of the Declaration for 2016, and one on the return just before the dismissal.
In addition, protocols in respect of three officials Gosgeokadastra that are not timely informed about significant changes in property status after the acquisition of the property in an amount exceeding 50 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons. liable for such offence stipulated by part two of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences.
National Agency reminded that in accordance with the second paragraph of article 45 of the Law of Ukraine “On corruption prevention” the subjects of declaring, who quit the activities associated with the implementation of the functions of the state or local government must submit a Declaration before retiring for the period not covered by the previously filed declarations .
As reported UNN, the National Agency for prevention of corruption was 250 protocols for violating the procedure for reporting on financial and property status of political parties.
