KIEV. July 30. UNN. NACP sent to the court 38 minutes against the Director of the municipal enterprise Kharkiv for the establishment of the awards in conflict of interest. This was reported by press service of the Agency, reports UNN.
“NACP made a decision about the direction of the court 38 protocols on administrative offences in connection with failure to comply with requirements to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest when establishing premiums. Reports are filed against the Director of the municipal enterprise of the Kharkiv regional Council “Kommunenergo” Oleg Levchenkova”, – stated in the message.
The national Agency has established that the official not reported in the manner prescribed by law Kharkiv rionna to the Council about the presence of a real conflict of interest for 2016-2018 has issued orders about establishment of the premiums to employees, which was awarded and his son.

Violation of the Law of Ukraine “On corruption prevention” for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interests in establishing financial incentives is very common among officials. We will remind, responsibility for offences related to corruption envisaged by parts one and two of article 172-7 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences.
In addition, these violations in the activities of the Director of the municipal enterprise amended the instruction to the Chairman of Kharkiv regional Council Maxim Litvinenko.
According to the injunction, the National Agency requires to take measures for managing potential conflict of interests in the activities of the Director of the municipal enterprise, due to the collaboration with his son, to conduct an internal investigation and to consider bringing the guilty persons to the responsibility established by law.
Recall that NACP has made the instruction to the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee.
