ODESSA-KIEV. April 30. UNN. In Odessa public safety and order on may 2 will provide more than 2 thousand militiamen. This was announced by the Department of communication GUNP in Odessa region, reports UNN.
So, on the streets of the city except law enforcement, will the 400 soldiers of the national guard, cadets of the Odessa state University of internal Affairs and law enforcement officers from other regions of Ukraine. They are all in emergency mode will patrol the streets and places of a mass congestion of citizens.
In addition, in places of mass events, the police will work in groups of preventive communication, the so – called police of the dialogue. These police officers will not use any coercive measures, because their main task – the establishment of cooperation between the police and the population, to prevent any conflict situations during mass events. They will explain to citizens their rights and responsibilities and the current legislation of Ukraine and the consequences of its violation.
“To prevent violations of public order on the Kulikovo field and the Cathedral square will be introduced temporary restrictions. The entrance to these locations will be made only through established screening stations. Also in these areas will be restrictions to traffic. Also remind you about the prohibition of manufacturing, distribution and public use of symbols of the Communist and national socialist totalitarian regimes,” said the police.
