“Considering the epidemiological situation in our countries and especially the reliability and relevance of available data and the needs of our tourism industry and national interests of Montenegro, national coordinating centre for infectious diseases has estimated that there are no obstacles to permit entry of residents of Russia and Azerbaijan”, – said on the website of the government of Montenegro.

Regular air traffic between Montenegro and Russia is not yet open. Special criteria for entry to Montenegro with effect from 1 June. The borders are closed to nationals of the States which registered more than 25 cases COVID-19 per 100 thousand population. There is also a “yellow” list of countries whose nationals to enter need a fresh result of the PCR test for coronavirus. Among them are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Singapore and the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo.
From 1 August, Russia resumed the flights only three countries – Turkey (in Istanbul), the UK (London) and Tanzania (Zanzibar archipelago). From August 10, will be available to regular and Charter flights to Turkish resorts in Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman.
From August 15 to resume flights to Switzerland from Moscow to Geneva.
