KIEV. March 2. UNN. The Ministry of education and science of Ukraine recommended to all educational institutions to suspend operations from Friday 2 March to Wednesday 7 March. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry, reports UNN.
“Taking into account the decision of the crisis Committee, the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine recommended that all institutions of higher education and all other educational institutions that are within the control of local authorities, to suspend operations from 2 to 7 March inclusive,” – said in the message.
The educational institutions are recommended to suspend the work, also are institutions of vocational education.
In mon explained that he decided to continue the recommended period of suspension training for one day, because when students come to school on March 7, it will be forced to be in cold areas. Thus, in the holidays, training will resume March 12.
However, the Ministry stressed that the decision concerning the suspension of the operation of higher education institutions takes the institution itself within the limits of its autonomy. Appropriate solutions must also take and local authorities to management which include other educational institutions.
As reported UNN, the Ministry of energy and coal industry recommended that until March 6 to cancel classes at schools and universities and encouraged the enterprise during this time to save gas.
