“Miner” in Kharkov came to the match wearing t-shirts in support of APU

KIEV. 30 Nov. UNN. On match of the quarterfinal stage of the Cup of Ukraine on football FC “Shakhtar” supported the campaign “Proud! Congratulations!” from the football Federation of Ukraine in honor of the 26 anniversary of the Armed forces of Ukraine, reports UNN citing television channel “Football 1” and press service of “miners”.

Before the match Rivne “Veres” children of the servicemen who serve in the ATO area, took part in the ceremony of the conclusion of the players on the field. The players and kids were wearing t-shirts with the emblem of the armed forces and the Patriotic inscription “for 26 years. Proud of it.”

“Today’s action has been agreed with the football Federation of Ukraine and was held at the proper level. I wish our Armed forces to become more powerful and more stable in our country. You must reach a new level, so we had a strong army and a strong independent country. And regarding yesterday’s incident, I told these guys, and today I want to add one thing: they don’t have to hide behind patriotism, pushing claims to us, the players who play for the national team of Ukraine. We prove its case on the field, what we are patriots. Their work we do so that our country knew around the world,” — said the goalkeeper of the Pitmen Andriy Pyatov.

Note that the ceremonies in honor of the 26th anniversary of the Armed forces of Ukraine is planned and before duels in the Premier League and two friendly matches of the Ukraine national team and Italy Futsal, which will take place on 5 and 6 December in Kyiv.
