Manafort filed a lawsuit against spectacular USA Muller
Uncategorized January 4, 2018The former head of the election headquarters of Donald trump in 2016 by Paul Manafort have filed a lawsuit against special Prosecutor of the USA Robert Muller. It is reported The Huffington Post.
Manafort believes that the case against him exceeds the powers of spectracular to address the likely interference of Russia in the U.S. presidential election.
Protection of Manafort argues that the case against their client that is not connected.
In October 2017 Manafort surrendered to Federal authorities.
He is accused on 12 counts, including: conspiracy against the United States (probably talking about relations with the Russians during the American elections); working as a foreign agent without being registered; money laundering (transfers to foreign accounts, including in Cyprus and the Seychelles), evasion from payment of taxes.
