Male Kiev region hours of a woman being tortured to get a confession of treason

KIEV. 31 Jan. UNN. In the White Church in the Christmas night, the husband tortured his wife to get a confession of adultery. It is reported by UNN with reference to the division of communications of the police in the Kiev region.

“More than 5 hours man scoffed at the woman. Beat hands and feet, a metal hook in various parts of the body, to confess to treason. He only allowed her on the phone to report to a Manager on the boiler, and then put a knife to her throat and threatened with murder. When the rapist got tired of torturing the poor, left in the unknown direction”, – stated in the message.

Medical help and the police called the worker of a boiler-house that came for the next shift.

According to police, doctors diagnosed women had a broken arm, a ruptured eardrum, multiple abrasions and bruises. Only a few days ago, the victim was released from the hospital, where she spent almost a month.

Police arrested the rapist in the city of Poltava, where he was hiding with relatives. He was 52-year-old man, who lived in the White Church temporarily.

Now to the malefactor it is declared suspicion under article 122 (intentional moderate bodily injury), article 127 (torture) and article 129 (threat of murder) of the criminal code of Ukraine. The court chose the measure of restraint in form of detention. The man faces imprisonment for up to three years.
