Lutsenko said that PGO suspects Saakashvili in the coup attempt

KIEV. 13 Dec. UNN. The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine suspects is not an ex-Governor of the Odessa regional state administration of Mikheil Saakashvili in the coup attempt, and his “right hand” – Severina, Gongadze. This Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko declared on air of TV channel “ZIK”, reports UNN.

“We’re not aware of Saakashvili (in the coup attempt – ed.), we suspect the “right hand” Saakashvili attempted coup and financing … Severina, Gongadze. Saakashvili we suspect only assist members of an organized criminal group of Kurchenko, Yanukovych,” – said Lutsenko.

Recall, 11 December the Pechersky district court of Kyiv Prosecutor’s office refused the application of a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikhail Saakashvili.

Recall that Saakashvili was detained December 8, at the apartment of the former chief of the Luhansk police and taken to the detention center.

Earlier the public Prosecutor Lutsenko said that the Saakashvili for the money Kurchenko staged protests for the sake of seizure of power.

In GPU declared that Saakashvili is suspected of committing a crime under part 1 of article 15 of part 2 of article 28 part 2 article 256 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
