The President and the presidential candidate of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has proposed to amend the Basic law through a referendum.
This is stated in his election program, published in the newspaper “Zvezda” (“Star”), reports Диалог.UA.
As noted by the Belarusian leader, his countrymen will have to determine for themselves their rights and responsibilities, freedom and commitments: moreover, Lukashenko invited the citizens to establish the powers of public authorities.
According to the Belarusian head of state, the responsibility for the future of the country will set the people subject to laws and law enforcement. Lukashenko considers that it is not a street crowd should dictate to the whole country how to live, and the law. And if the Belarusians in one way or another will vote, then so be it.
“This should not happen on the streets and squares, and with the help of legal relations”, – said Lukashenko. He offered to do it for the next five years in the case of a regular election to the post of President.
Earlier, we reported that the Russian government has called Alyaksandr Lukashenka the “Freeloader” and “parasite” in relations between Minsk and Moscow.
At the same time, the Ukrainian broadcaster and journalist Vitaly Portnikov believes that the Kremlin best bloody protest in Belarus, as it will completely subdue Alexander Lukashenko.
