The press Secretary of representation of EU in Ukraine David Stulik said that the European Union changed the rules of spelling of the Ukrainian capital from Kiev to Kyiv. He said this in his Facebook.
Stulik said that these changes work emails.

The British Embassy in Ukraine announced Wednesday that the name of the Ukrainian capital, now spelled as Kyiv international airport to London Luton airport.
As previously reported by the Focus:
- In 2018, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine jointly with the Center for strategic communications, StratCom Ukraine started the online campaign #CorrectUA, in which it was planned to turn to foreign media to correct the spelling of the city of Kiev (#KyivNotKiev).
- British newspaper the Guardian from now on will write in their articles the name of the capital of Ukraine in accordance with the spelling in English is Kyiv.
