“In the Parking lots are employees of KP “kievtransparkservis” and brazenly under various pretexts are trying to lure drivers with cash. We have released more than 20 such “help”, – said the mayor.
According to him, the city authorities have made the first step in reforming the areas of Parking, noting that to date there is still a lot of problems.
“First of all, the absence of a law on regulation of Parking, which is only adopted in the first reading. After all, today the city government has no right to fine an irresponsible driver who left his car, or to evacuate the car. But we did not wait for ideal conditions and start to solve problems at the level of their authority,” – said Klitschko.
