Kharkov “mined” the house of the friend for fun

KIEV. 28 Feb. UNN. Kharkiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 2 has approved and declared the suspicion 27-the summer Kharkov citizen who reported about the mining of one of the houses on the street of Kharkov Dudinskaya (part 1 of article 259 of the criminal code of Ukraine). It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.

As told the head of the local Prosecutor’s office Alexander Filchakov, the man who, according to preliminary data, was in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication, in the night from 27 to 28 February this year called mobile phone according to number “102” and reported “the preparation for the explosion of an apartment house”.

On a call there arrived experts-bomb experts and dog handlers. During the inspection of the premises for explosive devices and substances were found.

His act pseudolinear explained that they “wanted to joke”.

Now the suspect is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The maximum sanction of article provides for 6 years of imprisonment.
