Israel decriminalized the use of marijuana

The Israeli Cabinet approved the decriminalization of marijuana use. It is reported bi-Bi-si.

According to the proposal put forward by the Ministry of public security and the Ministry of justice, caught Smoking marijuana in a public place should be fined, not prosecuted.

Israel was the first country in the middle East, where decriminalized the use of marijuana.

In February the Bundestag adopted a law that allows you to use marijuana for medical purposes. The law came into force in March 2017.
