Investigators DFS will judge for extortion of a bribe from a lawyer
KIEV. March 15. UNN. In Kiev region will judge the two heads of investigation departments Gospitalniy service for extortion and receiving 3 thousand dollars of a bribe from the lawyer. It is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
Employees demanded a lawyer 3 thousand dollars for the failure of his client to criminal liability. They were detained after receiving a bribe.
The court handed the indictment under part 3 of article 368 of the criminal code – obtaining by an official holding a responsible position, undue advantage for itself, not the Commission of such person in the interests of a third party, any actions using his official position, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons.
To suspects threatens till 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and restriction of the right to occupy certain positions.
We will remind, the State fiscal service declined to name the amount of taxes paid by the Ukrainian football clubs, citing the “lack of written consent on the disclosure of such information”.
