27-year-old mother, law enforcement officers tracked down and forced to return home. In the house reigned a complete lack of sanitation and terrible cold, because the house is disconnected from the heating system.

In such circumstances, children 3, 6 and 8 years old accompanied by employees of service for children sent to a local hospital. Doctors diagnosed them with hypothermia and respiratory diseases.

“A woman raising children by herself, therefore, is registered in Berdichev center of social services for family, children and young people as such who are in difficult life circumstances. However, before she is in sight of the police did not get to administrative or criminal liability is not involved , does not abuse alcohol. Reports on the omission of the child was not there. But now the situation in the family will be under special control”, – commented the head of Berdichev police Department Olga Zinchenko.

Now the issue of entering information into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 of article 135 (abandonment in danger) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Police raises the question of deprivation of pseudo-mother’s parental rights. Also the woman could face restriction or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years.
