In such circumstances, children 3, 6 and 8 years old accompanied by employees of service for children sent to a local hospital. Doctors diagnosed them with hypothermia and respiratory diseases.

“A woman raising children by herself, therefore, is registered in Berdichev center of social services for family, children and young people as such who are in difficult life circumstances. Police raises the question of deprivation of pseudo-mother’s parental rights. Also the woman could face restriction or deprivation of liberty for a term up to 2 years.
