ODESSA-KIEV. August 16. UNN. Police seized from a drunk mother of the baby in the Odessa region. He was immediately taken to hospital, where medical staff provided child care. About it reported in a press-service of GUNP in the region, reports UNN.
The incident occurred in a village in Podolsk district. The police called a paramedic, who said that he could not get into the home of a local resident to conduct a home inspection of the four girls. At the specified address I left the police and services for children of the district.
As it turned out, the child’s mother was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, and the girl at lunchtime, do not feed. The skin all over the body red, covered with pimples and wounds. Officials took the decision to immediately remove the child and place in the hospital.
“This citizen is already deprived of the parental rights to six children. Now she is held accountable under article 184 (non-performance by parents or persons, them replacing, duties on education of children) of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Will decide the question of deprivation of her parenting and on the child”, – said the head of Podolsk Nikolay Peschansky OP.
