In the Odessa region for extortion of money from subordinates was detained by police and border guards

KIEV. 1 Oct. UNN. In Odessa region the SBU detained the heads of structural units of national police and border guards demanded money from employees. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the SBU.

“The chief of one of regional departments of GU-Ukraine Odessa made 12 of their subordinates systematically to pay “tribute”. “Fee” the captain was 1000 UAH for the change and an additional $ 100 every COP what they “earned” burying convicted of adminnarusheniyakh, particularly truck traffic without documents minor violations in the sphere of trade and exposure of persons in a state of alcoholic intoxication”, — is spoken in the message.

Militiamen detained the malefactor during receiving the money from changes in the premises the duty of the district police station. Head of structural unit of one of the border troops of the Odessa region also demanded money from employees. His duties included conducting internal investigations against members of the squad on the facts of shortages and surpluses of wealth.

In “closing eyes” on these facts the attacker was required to pay a portion of the violations. Militiamen detained the guard after receiving money from the slave close to cafes in the Belgorod-Dniester. Both facts initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or obtaining illegal benefit by the official) Criminal code of Ukraine.
