In the Odessa region exposed in bribery of the Deputy chief of police

KIEV. 28 Nov. UNN. Investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region together with employees of Management of security Service of Ukraine in the field and staff of the Odessa management of the Department of homeland security police exposed on a bribe of the official of bodies of internal Affairs. The press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region, reports UNN.

It is reported that during the investigation the Prosecutor’s office reported about suspicion to the Deputy chief of one of the branches of the Razdelnyansky police Department to obtain undue benefits (part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine).

Established that the suspect demanded and received from the citizen 9 thousand UAH of a bribe for granting permission for the dismantling, removal and implementation of metal pipe systems splice and not attraction it to responsibility stipulated by law.

At the request of prosecutors the court official the measure of restraint in form of arrest and bail is set at 480 thousand UAH.

In addition satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region about the removal of a suspect from his post.
